Welcome to Full Circle Massage
ABOUT ME
My name is Tracey. I have been practising as a sports massage therapist and advanced personal trainer since 2010. As a qualified advanced clinical massage therapist, I help people get out of pain.
I can help with musculoskeletal injuries both recent and long term. I also work with people in chronic pain. I'm based in my clinic in Park Gate, near Fareham in Hampshire. Appointments can be booked via the contact form or by phone on 07972 164697.

I have recently refreshed my training and am just completing a BTEC Level 6 Professional Diploma in Advanced Clinical Massage and Sports Massage (Jing Institute). This is the highest level massage qualification in Europe. My qualifications as a personal trainer allow me to have a well-rounded approach to treating clients by combining both massage and rehabilitation exercises to aid recovery.

How it works
WHAT TO EXPECT
to use the Jing Method which aims to significantly reduce the pain from the condition using the biopsychosocial model. This takes into account not only the damage to the human tissues but also the effect of any stress the client is under both directly and due to external factors. These stressors can lead to the brain turning up the pain signals resulting in higher levels of pain being recognised. The treatments help to calm down these pain responses.
-
On arrival I will undertake an orthopaedic assessment of the affected area. This together with a detailed consultation (which includes benchmarking of any restrictions) will allow me to focus the treatment on your individual needs and the construction of a personalised plan. This first session is likely to take 75 mins.
-
Once on the couch, I will use a variety of methods to treat the condition. These, combined with traditional massage techniques could include the use of hot stones, myofascial techniques, trigger point work, acupressure points, advanced stretching techniques and self-care techniques for you to use at home.
-
The Jing Method aims to fix most conditions within a maximum of six 1 hourly weekly treatments, with a marked reduction in pain expected after treatments 2-3. In some cases it will take less than 6 treatments to resolve the condition, but other conditions such as frozen shoulder can take longer.
